The Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee welcomes new volunteers who bring energy, talent, expertise and commitment to the organization.
Volunteer now by submitting an application form. Active involvement on our many committees will hone your project management, team and leadership skills.
In addition to providing support to one of North America's leading symphony orchestras, becoming a volunteer provides opportunities for personal growth and development through participation in our fundraising, educational and piano competition activities.
Volunteer responsibilities include: attending at least one general meeting during the fiscal year; writing fundraising letters; participating actively in at least one other project or committee. Please see the fee structure and responsibilities for members of our Volunteer Committee.
Volunteering also has its rewards: previews of concert performances; opportunities to meet members of the TSO at our Orchestra Liaison Lunches; lectures with guest artists, composers and conductors; and exclusive invitations to our Interludes program.
An annual membership fee is payable upon becoming a member of the Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee.
To learn more, please contact the TSVC office at (416) 591-1501 or by e-mail at tsvc@tso.ca.
