Associate Members shall be persons who apply for associate membership after at least five years of active membership.  An associate member may be reinstated at any time to active membership upon the application of such associate member therefor with the approval of the Board of Directors. Associate members may attend all general meetings of the Committee and may vote. Associate Members are encouraged to participate in all projects.
